Refund and Returns Policy
After you book:
Rescheduling Policy
If you need to reschedule your trip:
- A rescheduling fee of 25% will be charged.
- Rescheduled trips must be booked within 3 months from the original trip date.
- Rescheduling requests made within 3 days of the trip start date will not be accommodated.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations will incur the following charges based on the time of cancellation:
- 7-10 Days Before the Trip Start Date: 30% of the total booking amount will be retained; the remaining 70% will be applied toward a future booking.
- 4-6 Days Before the Trip Start Date: 50% of the total booking amount will be retained; the remaining 50% will be applied toward a future booking.
- Less Than 3 Days Before the Trip Start Date: 75% of the total booking amount will be retained; the remaining 25% will be applied toward a future booking.
- No Show: 100% of the payment will be retained. No refunds or credits will be provided.
Medical Policy
In case of trip cancellation or interruption due to a medical emergency:
- Guests must provide valid medical documentation to apply for a rescheduling or partial refund.
- Rescheduling due to medical reasons will waive the 20% rescheduling fee, but standard retention rates (as per the cancellation policy) will still apply.
Special Policy for Group Medical Emergencies
If a group of guests is unable to attend the trip due to a medical emergency affecting one or more members (e.g., a child):
- Valid medical documentation must be provided.
- The entire group can reschedule without paying a rescheduling fee.
- If the request is made within 3 days of the trip start date, 25% of the total booking amount will be retained to cover operational costs.
- The rescheduled trip must take place within 3 months of the original date, subject to availability.
Refunds Due to External Factors
A full 100% refund will be processed in the event of cancellations caused by:
- Issues on our end, such as overbooking due to technical glitches.
- Cancellation due to bad weather, communicated prior to the trip start.
Refund Timelines: Refunds will be processed based on the payment gateway timelines used during the booking process.
